APD support we provide
APD services are organized around the person’s daily routines, safety, behavior support needs and family goals. The final service plan should always follow approved authorization and eligibility requirements.
Support may include help with meals, bathing, dressing, hygiene, home routines, companionship, community participation and behavior assistance when appropriate.
